DEPOSITING A CREDIT BALANCE INTO YOUR ACCOUNT
Your account must have a deposit (account credit balance) in order to get started. Here's how to deposit funds into your Multi-Domain account:

1) Log in to your account at http://www.enom.com.
2) Move your mouse to RESELLERS in the main site navigation. In the pull down menu click on refill account.
3) Choose one of the options listed and follow the instructions to deposit funds into your account. The minimum deposit amount is $100. You can then begin to add new domains. Repeat steps 1-3 when your balance needs to be replenished.
4) If you have already registered domains through NetFronts, you can request that we move those domains into your Enom account so you can manage them directly and pay your Multi-Domain rates for renewals. Please use your upper level hosting control panel (thru Support Center) to make the request and include your Multi-Domain account user ID and list every domain name you wish to have moved. If you do not have a web hosting account, email your request to NetFronts directly.
Note: To uphold security on domain registrations, NetFronts will only move domains that are registered in your name, with your current email address. You will need to initiate a transfer request on domains that are not registered to you. The domain registration will need to be unlocked in order for a transfer to be successful. Only the domain registrant may request that the domain be unlocked. To view registrant of a domain, please conduct a WHOIS search.

ADDING DOMAINS
Registering a New Domain
Transferring Existing Domain Registrations Into Your Account

Registering a New Domain
1)In Enom, move your mouse to DOMAINS in the main site navigation. Click on register a domain name. Fill in the register domain field to check for domain availability.
2) Check the boxes of the domains you want to register and click add to cart.
3) Configure your domain(s) before checking out so that you do not have to go back and do so later. If you do not configure a domain before checking out, the domain will automatically be registered in the name of the Multi-Domain account owner. While configuring your domain, you may add a password to allow the domain registrant access to update h/is/er own domain record. You should always include a password even if you aren't going to give that password to your client. Otherwise, the password will be blank and someone could log in and make changes without a password. Please take care in choosing your password as it should not include the domain name or any of the registrant's contact information. The password can be reset at a later time if it is forgotten. More about this feature
4) Pay attention to the whether the Auto Renew box is checked before checking out. If the box is checked, you are setting the domain to automatically renew upon expiration and your account will be debited at the time of renewal.
5) Check out and complete your order. The registration fee(s) will be deducted from your account credit balance. To view your available credit balance, click on my enom in the top left hand corner of Enom's website while logged in.

Transferring Existing Domain Registrations
Initiating a transfer includes a 1 year extension of the domain registration for NO additional charge. Transfer fees are the same as a registration or renewal fee.
Note: Transfer requests must be initiated before the domain expires (with at least 2-3 days to spare). If the transfer request is not completed before the domain expires, the domain should be renewed with the current registrar. The domain registration will need to be unlocked in order for a transfer to be successful. Only the domain registrant may request that the domain be unlocked. To view registrant of a domain, please conduct a WHOIS search.
1) In Enom, move your mouse to DOMAINS in the main site navigation. Click on transfer a domain name.
2) Select the transfer process of your choice. Click next.
3) Fill in domain names to be transferred and check the appropriate boxes. The settings will apply to all the domains for which you are initiating a transfer. You may add a password to allow the domain registrant access to update h/is/er own domain record.
4) Click next and confirm the transfer request. If you are trying to transfer a .org, .us, .biz, or .info, an authorization key will be required to initiate the transfer. The domain registrant will need to request the authorization key from the current registrar, which is a common request, so the registrar should be familiar.
5) You will receive a confirmation number that will allow you to check the status of the domain transfer through the DOMAINS menu under my transfers. You can fill in the domain name or the confirmation number to check the status.
6) You or the administrative contact peson for the domain must have access to the email address listed on the domain record. The transfer request will need to be authorized by this person via email (if you chose Auto verification). After confirming the first email transfer request, the current registrar (Register.com, Networksolutions, etc) mayl send a final email to confirm the transfer before releasing the domain. After a successful transfer, the domain registration is extended by 1 year automatically. Transfers can take up to 10 days to be completed if the domain registrant does not authorize the transfer in a timely manner. The faster the registrant authorizes the transfer request, the sooner the transfer request will be completed.
7) Via the email address on your Multi-Domain account, you will receive a final result of the tranfer request when it's complete. Transfer requests must be initiated before the domain expires (with at least 2-3 days to spare). If the transfer request is not completed before the domain expires, the domain should be renewed with the current registrar.

GIVING DOMAIN REGISTRANTS ACCESS TO DOMAIN MANAGEMENT TOOL
If you choose to, you may give your customers access to the domain management tool at http://mydomain.hosting-advantage.com to manage domain records. Hosting Resellers can request a custom DNS record to point http://domain.their-domain.com to this website as an alternative. Please make the request by creating a new ticket from your upper level hosting control panel (thru Support Center).

The password that you assign a domain upon registration or during the transfer initiation is the password used to access the domain management tool. You should always include a password even if you aren't going to give that password to your client. Otherwise, the password will be blank and someone could log in and make changes without a password. Please take care in choosing your password as it should not include the domain name or any of the registrant's contact information. The password can be reset at a later time if it is forgotten.

AUTOMATIC RENEWALS AND BILLING YOUR CLIENTS
You have 2 options for billing your clients for domain renewals:

Option 1: The system sends an email directing the client to a website you specify to renew their domain name. You bill the client for the renewal.

Option 2: The system directs the client to a website, branded with your name, where they can enter their credit card details and are charged automatically.

To enable either option, log in to your Multi-Domain account at Enom and then go to settings in the top left hand corner. Select the reseller tab and click on reseller renewal settings. Be sure to click on save changes at the bottom when you are finished selecting the options.

Privately branded renewals and domain administration are two advantages the Enom system has over other registrars. Enom has built a reputation for being "Reseller Friendly" and our experience with them had confirmed that.

What about domains not registered directly in your Multi-Domain account? See an important review of options for registering and renewing domains.

CONSOLIDATING YOUR DOMAINS INTO YOUR ACCOUNT
We strongly suggest that you consolidate as many of your domains as possible into your new Multi-Domain Account. This allows you to easily manage all of your domains and your client domains in 1 interface. As well, the system can be set to automatically send your clients renewal notices and bill them for you! (see Option #2 in Automatic Renewals and Billing Your Clients)

How to consolidate?

a) IF THE DOMAIN WAS REGISTERED THROUGH NETFRONTS, we may be able to simply 'push' the domain into your account. To check where it was registered, conduct a WHOIS search on the domain name. If the registrar listed is 'ENOM' then it was possibly registered through NetFronts. To have the domain moved to your Multi-Domain Account, please use your upper level hosting control panel (thru Support Center) to make the request and include your Multi-Domain account user ID and list every domain name you wish to have moved. If you do not have a web hosting account, email your request to NetFronts directly. Some domains, such as .org domains, can be hard to identify the source of the registration. If you aren't sure, you may include the domain in your request and we will check.
To view registrant of a domain, please conduct a WHOIS search.

b) IF THE DOMAIN IS REGISTERED WITH ANOTHER REGISTRAR, ENOM RESELLER OR registered with NetFronts but shows "Bulkregister" as the registrar, then you should initiate a transfer.

To view your current buy-price, log in at Enom and add a domain to your shopping cart. It will tell you the price prior to checkout. You may also look at your pricing through settings (top left corner) and click on the TLD Pricing tab.

NetFronts manually audits accounts once a month and verifies your buy-price. If you feel your price is not correct, please contact us and include your Multi-Domain ID.

CUSTOMIZED COMING SOON PAGE
When a new domain is created, there is an option to use the built-in name-servers. This would be done if you wish to use the email forwarding feature or the DNS administration. When this option is selected, it will also create a "Coming Soon..." page.
